January 7th, 2021
Happy New Year from RCF! June is making great pre-construction progress while we wait for the final tenants to vacate come February 1. See updates below:
- All tenants have signed their move out agreements (as stated below) and the final tenant will be vacating come January 31.
- We intend to break ground the first week of February. Investors will be invited to the ground breaking ceremony, so stay tuned for information regarding that!
- All demo permits have been secured, and bidding is complete. Therefore we will be able to hit the ground running once we break ground.
* Thank you to all of our investors and supporters as we rode out the Covid delays and setbacks. Sometimes, you truly can't control the weather, but we're excited to be getting started.
November 4th, 2020
Things are progressing along nicely.
- We have signed agreements with all of the current tenants for a confirmed move out date. Our remaining two tenants will move out early January, and early February. These agreements have been a long, and often times complicated part of the process, and we are pleased that we finally have the signed ink on paper.
- We have secured several of our construction and demolition permits so that we can begin construction immediately following the tenants move out date with no holds on schedule.
September 3rd, 2020
We have submitted our Architecture Drawings and Plans to the city of Los Angeles for us to resume the City Submittal Process. Once they review and make any necessary corrections, we will begin to submit these plans out for bid. From there, once we have final approval and pass the city building inspection, we will begin work!
