THE OPPORTUNITY
Collaborate in a successful partnership that offers a minimum preferred return of 8%. Deal structure that motivates the developer to produce returns over 12% as it is mutually beneficial to both parties. This allows both the developer and the equity partner to be in a deal that is a true partnership that promotes maximum returns.
Collaborating with the right group allows both parties to recognize the value in working together to build a long-term relationship to complete 27 projects approx. 135 units in 54 months.
